The Innkeeper serves as the on-site leader for our 14-room luxury inn in the heart of Beacon Hill, Boston. This role exists to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, personalized experience while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and financial performance. Acting as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator, the Innkeeper oversees all departments, fosters a culture of accountability and service, and supports team development. This position requires a visible presence on property, a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends—and a commitment to stepping in where needed to meet guest expectations and business demands.
Pay range: $140,000-$150,000 per year plus up to 30% bonus potential.

Experience / Education:
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of leadership experience within boutique, luxury, or lifestyle independent properties, with a background in both rooms and Food & Beverage
strongly preferred. They will demonstrate proven success in leading teams with kindness, clarity, and high expectations, while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused
approach to problem-solving. A strong command of financial management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management, is essential, along with
expertise in luxury service standards and personalized hospitality. Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, POS, OTA platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity
with the Boston market—particularly the Beacon Hill neighborhood—is a plus.

Financial Results, Guest Service Scores, Inspections, and STAR Reports; 90 Day performance review, on-going feedback from supervisor, attendance, productivity, feedback from others.
