Innkeeper

Located in Kennebunkport, Maine, The Inn at English Meadows is seeking an innkeeper couple to manage operations of this beautiful 12-room boutique inn, just steps from Dock Square and the waterfront.

Candidate responsibilities include but are not limited to providing exceptional guest services, preparing breakfast daily, (including afternoon charcuterie boards and cocktails as ordered), working with our reservation system (THINK) to book guest stays, and assist in managing vendors and staff. We have an amazing housekeeper and support staff for all cleaning and laundry, but assistance with housekeeping when needed will be expected. Handy with tools for small maintenance projects will also come with the job. A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an innkeeping position is required. Candidates must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our guests...this is paramount. Benefits include salary of $60k-70k (depending on experience), and housing in a lovely light-filled innkeeper’s suite with large living room/fireplace, large separate bedroom and private deck overlooking the beautiful grounds and gardens. This position will start as soon as possible for the 2026 season. There is an opportunity to have significant time off in the winter months.

Our goal is to create an environment that is casual yet decidedly upscale...a classic New England farmhouse with a contemporary vibe and amenities that appeal to a broad demographic.
