Innkeeper/Hotel manager

Unique and exciting opportunity for an energetic, dynamic, and capable hotel manager at Buffalo Guesthouse, a brand new hospitality property in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate must love people, and live and breathe hospitality. Social media, marketing, and/or event planning experience is also a plus. Located in the city's historic preservation district, the property is a quaint old 1890s mansion with 26 rooms available for nightly bookings. The successful candidate will co-head a small operational team and will be responsible for every aspect of hospitality management and day-to-day operations of the property, including, but not limited to marketing, bookings, customer service, budgeting, housekeeping management, guest loyalty, and guest satisfaction. There will be a total of 4 live-in staff members – each housed in their own individual studio apartment. The position will be full time, but with a flexible schedule.
